This is the inspiration behind Angelini Academy, the group’s Corporate Academy, which handles the building of distinctive skills and development of talents to support the Businesses.
The broad range it offers includes both cutting-edge training on emerging skills and the re-skilling of existing ones. Through Angelini Academy, it offers training courses that are customised based on role and company seniority, provided in partnership with major international Business Schools and Innovation Hubs such as Talent Garden, SDA Bocconi, Luiss Business School and Istud.

#AngeliniNextGeneration - A course specific for recent graduates joining the group, focused on the skills needed by the managers of tomorrow and organised into four masterclasses provided in collaboration with Talent Garden.
Business and Human Resource Management training course - Course specifically designed to study the role of manager for newly appointed leaders, in collaboration with Istud.
Angelini Future Leaders Program - an 18-month, management training programme delivered in English and aimed at young talents. It consists of five training modules and two work projects carried out within different areas of the Angelini Group. It is provided in collaboration with the SDA Bocconi Business School.
Mentoring - Managerial development and training initiative through which junior managers benefit from the experience and shared know-how of senior directors.
